Throughout the project’s lifetime, SCIANCE will organise a variety of events and workshops designed to bring together researchers, AI specialists, policymakers, and other stakeholders. These activities will:
Showcase AI applications across scientific domains
Gather feedback from the scientific and policy community
Shape research and innovation priorities for AI in Science
Strengthen collaborations and capacity-building across Europe
Hands-on sessions focused on specific scientific areas such as Astronomy & Physics, Life Sciences, Earth Sciences, Materials Science, and Social Sciences & Humanities. Participate to explore AI methods, collaborate on research priorities, and engage with peers. The WSs will be colocated with major domain-specific events and conferences.
SCIANCE-led sessions will be integrated within the AIS Summits, where project activities, results, and consultations are presented at this annual high-level gathering.
Hands-on training sessions for policymakers and science executives to translate research priorities into actionable strategies.
SCIANCE will also engage with external conferences, workshops, and science-policy events to:
Share project results with wider European and international audiences
Network with research infrastructures, AI initiatives, and scientific communities
Gather additional insights and feedback to feed into SCIANCE outputs
